We have no record of her in our internal data base, we have put her on our do not call list We may have called her through an external Job board who's data base we do not have access to We will not call her again

We have no record of *** *** in any of our data bases, and no record of her ever being called by someone from our organization We do represent American Income Life in Minnesota but we are not the only agency Maybe she was contacted by a different agency but she was not
contacted by us in anyway according to our records Wh checked our data base and she does not come up

I am rejecting this response because:The latest call I received was on 7/5/at 1:pm The call came from phone number ###-###-#### and the female calling identified herself as calling on behalf of her manager with The Deley Group She stated she was calling because her manager found my resume posted online and asked her to call me to set up an interview During a few of these calls the manager has been identified to be Chad - CEO of The Deley Group I receive this call on a monthly basis, always The Deley Group, always the same script I am confident I have the correct company While they may not maintain a "database" clearly they have staff searching online resumes and contacting job seekers regarding their opportunities Again, requesting not to be contacted in the future by whatever mechanism they need to employ to accomplish this Thank you

We aplogized to *** and sent her a $gift card to Noodles and COmpany as part of our effort to alleviate her displeasure. We have removed her resume from our data base. We resolved this with her over a month ago
