The Deleni Group

In December of 2020 I responded to an infomercial on *** or FB. It was a commercial where a guy showed how easy it was to collect on uncollected commsions. I called the number and spoke to ***. He explained that I would get and affiliate website( which I knew nothing about). He asked for 10k$. He immediatley had a deal for 5k$ to offer me. Like and it, I fell for it. He has someone else call me and they wanted to know what my financial situation was. Obviouy, I didn't give them real numbers. I was then charged 20k$ (another SPECAIL DEAL) Said that I would get this website all set up with these stores and make $$. Its been 2 years. They actually did seem willing to help immediately . They set it all up and said that I had to blog. I didnt even know what that was. *** later explained what that was. To shorten this story up there was about 3 months at the end of 2021 where  they didnt respond to much to me. Until I mentioned in an email that I did speak to an attorney. I got a call back pretty quick. By *** 2022 *** contacted me and said she was cleaning up these accounts like mine and after looking things over she said everything about mine looked like garbage. She said that she knew the Deleni Group owner and that je woukd be extremely disappointed in this happening. Even said that she has dinner often with the owner. I guess that was a (bill of goods too) That was pretty bold for her to call it garbage , but ok...I agreed! She and some others got covid I was told so *** basically took over . They had all of these big plans for my sight claiming over and over again that im paid in full and all of the issues would be handled . Nothing has been done and its now September 2022. A valentines day commercial is still on the website as of today, 10/25/2022.  Ridiculous. I fell extremely lay down by this company and would not recommend them to anyone as they have failed for me. 25k$ down the drain for nothing basically! Now all contact has been rejected by them after countless communication attempts by email and Voicemail. It was their responsibility to maintain this website. I dont even have access to this thing that I paid for (in full). Was told this many times and have recorded calls supporting this. I realize companies have issues with staffing and so on but this is ridiculous. Im contacting a local company in my area to see if I can get control of the website that I paid for but can't use! The problem, I figured out I believe, its that if your niche doesn't take off quickly they lose interest in you quickly as they admittedly make $$ from your sight as well. The biggest let down was how sincere Andrew stated, as I recorded , that " Youre paid on full, Michael. We will get everything fixed to your satisfaction. You dont have to pay a dime more." I wish I woukd have recorded every call that was made between us but I didn't think to do it until I was far into the process. But I do have loads of emails and proof of VM's that I left and sent with little to no response. There is plenty more but BEWARE

I have been working on making contact with the Deleni Group for the entire summer, 2022. It seems that after leaving my name and telephone number day after day at 1-800-535-9144, I would get a reply. One day after sending a certified letter to their address in Arizona, I did receive a reply from someone at the office by the name of Crystal. She was very helpful and we set up a time when she would contact us. She did take care of the blogs that we had sent in earlier, but since then we have never heard from her or anyone else. Now it has gotten to the point that the customer can not even sign into my website at cwlifestylesandmore.com. It has become a very critical issue.

t was Oct 1st 2019, this was a very stressful time because I had no job and I was running out of money with my mortgage coming due after going though forbearance with my mortgage company. So I am desperate looking into ways I could make money with my laptop and this advertisement came on about making money with a website, I am very interested. I watch the video and at the end you could order this but not before the first cost of, I believe it was 247.00. This you entered in the website. But then I don't know but I think Travis Sands calls me or I called this number gets confusing, I cant remember who called who but he was the king of salesmen. He said I would get an up running website that would make its money back before my credit card was due, that I would be earning money from 3 venues. Then he told about how he sold one to this old lady that her nephew told her about it and she was making big money I think he said she was bringing 18000 a month. which his first pitch was in the amount of 3000.00. I told him I didn't have that and he asked how much I had on my card, I told him I could get 2100.00 off my card but that was it. So he came up with this discount of 900.00 and charged my card and gave me a very generic receipt through woo commerce and it didn't even have their address on it. He then told me I would be getting another call in the next hour or so to start setting up the website.... so this woman calls Sandy , and she helps me pick a domain name. Once that is done and has filled me with warnings about people trying to get my password or website she tells me I will be getting another call a little later. So then Michael calls and for some reason I couldn't get his number. He was the developer I am guessing since he wanted to know a little about me so he could pick 3 niches from what I told him my interests were. These were going to be products mainly on the website. He then finishes up saying that the website will be ready in 3-4 weeks, I started
