I am rejecting this response because: So let's get the facts the hole is sold on your website for $18.99, not $value, I can can get them cheaper at Lowes According to Website, the hole saw promotion is FREE with purchase of $or more, and I did keep $of the purchase, still well over $requirement So it's not that you ARGUE back with your great customer service that "I failed to mention" the hole saw It's I actually still QUALIFIED for the hole saw even after the items returns since I still purchase well over $therefore I didn't mention it And where does your website say "customer are no longer qualified in website if I return items and still purchase more than $99? Is that how you the Deck Store policies to argue back with customers when you steal from customers? You know darn well you can resell the $item by marking even a blank paper header on it It is brand new and you decide to steal $from me by deducting from my refund And how can you charge me shipping again AFTER I paid shipping to ship it back? How can you live and do business by ripping customers off like that? It is clearly one sided because your side doesn't make sense in stealing from customers In review, I paid shipping to return the items, you charge me shipping again I return a never use item that was DESCRIBED WRONG IN YOUR WEBSITE, yet you kept my money Do you treat all customers this way? That is theft, deceiving and pathetic!
All, This should be a lesson to all of us in the business world that some customers don't always understand the efforts, that businesses like ours does to help them receive the right products, services or great customer serviceIt is a surprise that Mr*** continues to be a problematic
customer, because we have done our best to resolve this issueHere are the facts in this caseWe have gone above and beyond for his demandsI am unable to give into his additional demands, as the online and retail store are separate businesses and if I could doing so would only encourages others to behave in the same unreasonable manner and believe that complaining on a website like the Revdex.com or any other website for that matter will win their demands.1) Mr*** has in fact purchased times online, this last purchase was made via the phone at our local retail store as the product he wanted was no longer available online by anyone in the single quantities that he needed.2) Mr*** called our store several times demanding that we accommodate him in his search for a single post cap, after several calls and lots of nasty emails from him the manufacture agreed to allow a single exception for him. We were required by the mfgto charge a fee for the broken box quantity and process this in our local retail store not onlineThe Deck Perks points were not available for this purchaseThe Points program only works on our website & is not available for in store or phone order purchases.4) The details of this transaction were fully disclosed in a conversation between Dave *** our sales person and Mr***. Mr*** agreed to all the terms and provided a CC as a payment for the item. If he did not like or agree to the terms of the transaction, the time to dispute that is not after the product is delivered and installed but rather at the time he was placing the order and provided the payment for the goods he receivedIt's clear he is trying to get both the product and received a discount after the product has been delivered by taking advantage of the reach of the Revdex.com
The hole saw is not free with a $purchaseit is free with the purchase of Titan post anchors You did not meet that standard once you returned of the items(12-3=9) I have attached the screen shot of the text from the item page again today for your review I am willing to provide you a full refund of your original fees we assessed if you can purchase the same hole saw (Available at True Value Hardware) and return it to us unused, the product that was opened and has the missing packaging is not resellable and can not be returned. The terms of our agreement were clear, you accepted them when you agreed to purchase the product We will not ship producttgat is not new and properly packaged, as a result we will not accept for return any product that is not in its original condition It was your responsibility to keep that packaging

please read the attached word doc
To whom it may concern,Thank you for contacting us with regard to your concernsWhat you failed to mention in your complaint is....The product you purchased was a promotional item supplied with a hole saw when you purchased 10 or more of these items. Because you returned 3 of the 12 you purchased You...
would no longer have qualified for the hole saw offer that had a $28 value. It seems grossly one sided and criminal, that any consumer would file a complaint after they manipulated a good faith offer and expect compensation in additionOur shipping and return policies are very clear and you must agree to them in order to complete your online purchase. Opened, used, installed product is not returnable. We are not the manufacture of the items you purchased and have no method to repackage and label the items. attached is a screen shot of the offer and the original order
1) Clearly Mr. [redacted] has unlimited time and energy to spend on this topic. 2) The Terms of the Peck Perks Program are clearly written…Deck Perks™ points cannot be used for Shipping or Tax. http://www.thedeckstoreonline.com/deck-perks-benefits they are available only for online purchases. This order was not placed online,. 3) For clarification I told Mr. [redacted] that if he continued to speak to me or anyone more of my customer service people in the terse tone and volume he was using with me, I would end the conversation with him. 4) All the terms and conditions were discussed with him prior to making this purchase Regardless, To end Mr. [redacted]’s continued frustrations, I would like to extend an offer to Mr. [redacted] of a full refund of this single post cap purchase, fees and taxes, I will also provide the return shipping label to him at N/C. Once we receive the cap, I will apply a full credit back to his CC used to make this purchase.
