Review: Well over 6 years it been since I join or file bankrupt with this company I had put over 1,000 into this service and they not doing anything about maybe year ago I call to find out what they doing about my account they send me out paper which they got everthing from me that I did so since nothing getting done I WOULD LIKE answer why they not working on bankrupt or refund all my money I am tired of waiting and waiting nothing getting doneDesired Settlement: if they dont wanna work on my case I would like a refund of my money back

The above referenced Client retained us in August of 2009. We agreed to file a Chapter 7 bankruptcy on her behalf for $500 + costs of $299.00. She has paid our office $799.00 and to complete her filing we need documents from her which we have requested on numerous occasions. At this point the client is frustrated because she is having trouble commuting to our office and gathering paperwork. Based on our refund calculation she is not entitled to a refund, but we have offered to meet her at her home to help her complete her filing. If she chooses not to complete her filing we will make a suitable arrangement with her to end our representation. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
