I placed an order for a Sony Walkman on April 7th I waited about a week to see what was going onI called & no one picked up so I sent an EmailNo one ever respondedI called again A few days later & finally some woman answered I don't remember her name but her voice sounded like the same women thats on the voicemail when you call & said they were on back ordered & they should be getting a shipment in a few days from their warehouse & to look for an email This was told to me twice by the same woman weeks apart from each time I calledI still haven't gotten my Walkman and its now been months and no one answers the phoneThey debit my bank account but never sent me what I paid for

Placed an order month ago, was charged but the order was never shippedTried to contact the company multiple times without a responseOrder number ***

I ordered and paid for two Sony walkman radios in Sept I never got themRepeated calls to them only got excuses, and promises that they were shipping next weekI asked for a refund three times, was promised it would happen, but never got oneMonths after I ordered they still had the Walkman listed as In Stock., even as they were telling me they didn't get them yet, but they were on the wayI finally gave up; they took my $This place is a scamDon't trust them

Purchased a pair of shoes on 5/29/Never delivered,never shipped, No response to emails, No callbacks on phone callsThey took my money for the shoes and shippingThey never shippedOrder number ***

I ordered an item from them on 11/27/16, on their website they stated delivery would be in 7-daysWhen it did not arrive I called and spoke to a repWho agreeded it had not been shippedI called several more times and last week emailed themStill no response and as of today 12/27/I still have not received the item or any explanation as to why it has not been sentI also ordered a second identical item from them on 12/(a BBQ mat) and have not received that order either

My order was placed March 1, and my credit card was charged on the same dayNo items were ever shipped or receivedOrder #***
I have called and emailed several times with absolutely no response from this company
