The Day Publishing

Review: I signed up for a promotion with the Day in approximately February of 2015. I had received a subscription form them before without problems and had no reason to believe it to be different. After about 4 weeks of not getting a paper I complained. This continued well into March and still received no service after repeated emails with the circualtion manager, [redacted]. After much back and forth I decided I did not want the service any longer and asked for a refund which was promised by Mr. [redacted]. In late May I had still not received a refund and contacted the Day again. They admitted they "dropped the ball" and promised a refund within the week. Now here at the end of June I still have not received my refund and am quite upset about it. I have attempted to solve this issue with the day through all means possible and the Revdex.com is my last resort.Desired Settlement: I just want my refund.

It may have inadvertently been mailed to a bad address as he has more than one address in the system. We cut another check this morning and contacted Mr. [redacted] and gave him the option of mailing it out to the confirmed address or having him pick it up at the front desk.
