will confirm by this email that I will be responding to the consumer complaint directly and will “cc” you on the response. The position of the Cyclist has always been that if the customer returns the bicycle to the Cyclist, the customer will receive a full refund, and I will formalize
that position in our letter I understand from reading the customer complaint provided to your office that a refund is the recourse requested by the customer: the Cyclist will provide that. Thank you for your oversight. The Cyclist appreciates the work and facilitation provided by the Revdex.com.
