[redacted] ordered food for pick-up (margarita flatbread and soup). When the order was brought to her, she said that she didn't want the soup anymore. As I was taking the soup off the bill she start to berate me as to why her food wasn't ready when she walked in. She had to wait a total of five (5)...

minutes while her order was being prepared. I told her all the food in my restaurant is cooked fresh to order and that sometimes cooking times can vary. This is not the first time I have had a problem with [redacted] over cooking times of food in my restaurant. In the past, [redacted] was been very rude and has shouted at several members of staff. I have tried to accomadate her on several occasions and have suggested that she provide a phone number for us to call when her food is ready. [redacted] works acrooss the street less than a two (2) minute walk, but she has refused to do this. As to [redacted] saying that I was screaming in her face and ready to hit her, this is totally unfounded. I have the whole incident on video tape which anybody including the police and the Revdex.com are more than welcome to view at anytime. As of writing this reply,there has been no police report filed against me or any member of staff. [redacted] left with the flatbread which was all she paid for.
