March 14, 2016This is our response to the above complaint.It is accurate that 10,000 (see wire transfer attached) were indeed paid by [redacted] for Swift fees to [redacted] & [redacted] to facilitate a commodities transaction. A contract was signed see enclosed. However the company...

([redacted] of [redacted]) that the atty and I paid for the swift fees did not perform as you can see in 1A and 1B. Also in the contract states we will refund them the full 10,000 if the deal did not go thru which it did not go thru. [redacted] and [redacted] were both aware of this as I had numerous phone calls 1 text letting them know that they should put in writing they wanted their 10,000. However since we had other commodities deals on the table told [redacted] to wait until we close one which he agreed. See attached 1C [redacted] acknowledged it in the text saying Thanks for the Update. We were trying to make them whole on the 10,000 and some additional interest since these other deals were paid by other investors.I have a full load of text acknowledging this fact from [redacted] and [redacted]. Again on January 24, 2016 see 1D another email sent to [redacted] where it clearly states the deal fell thru. The contract they signed also states that if the deal fell they are entitled to their 10,000 back.I am asking that Revdex.com give Ruvanni Inc 30 days from now to pay [redacted] his initialinvestment of 10,000 and will consult with our attorneyy for additional interest to be paid to [redacted].Yours faithfully

I am rejecting this response because: we waited for several deals to close and every time the date came up we were told that it didn't go through and a new date was given. and she sent me this screen shot from her attorney with a remark about us and talking about another deal they weren't going to tell us about its just confusing.
