The Crate Escape Dog Adventures

Owner advertised classes ($800) and required payment in advance. Held one session. Understandably cancelled due to COVID. All other correspondence ceased as well including her commitment to post online to questions. She has a second part of business which is dog walking and has now for the past two weeks restarted that part of her business (daily *** postings) however she has not responded to classed or refunded monies paid. Will have to file a claim for $ although have not requested. Would have been content if there was a least a response.

I registered and paid $577.50 for The Crate Escape’s, Behavior Basics dog training course. The Crate Escape failed to provide the course during the dates set out in the course outline. My telephone calls, voicemails, emails, Facebook messages and text messages regarding the course status were unanswered for over 3 weeks. When the owner of The Crate Escape finally emailed me after 3 1/2 weeks, I was not able to commit to the revised course dates and requested a refund. Since that email, The Crate Escape has again not responded to my calls or emails. The course fee has also not been refunded to date.
