The Cove Apartments On 44th Avenue

These apartments and workers are very scammy people. They move people into apartments that are infested with roaches and unsanitary to live in. My boyfriend had moved into these apartments, unfortunately wasn't able to look at the place before moving in and paid 1000 dollars to move in only to leave the very same day as the move in cause the roaches were everywhere. He had to throw away his bed and dressers because roaches got into in clothes and inside his box spring within 3 days. These people wanted another 1200 dollars to leave the place on top of the 1000 he paid already and he wasn't even able to live there one night cause the bug problem. Maintenance never came to check the apartment either and the leasing office people are extremely rude and scammy. They pretty much got 1000 dollars for free. This place should be investigated due to the crimes and infestation they have. Would recommend no one to get an apartment here.
