We have had a terrible experience with Bonneville homes Communication has been terrible and mis information at every step of the way We were told a guarantee of days from signing off which we did at end of June We then did not receive final plans until weeks laterHeaven forbid you get caught in the construction holidayNo one to call and no one to answer questions We addressed the issue and our concerns about our house being delayedwe were guaranteed delivery by Oct 12-15th and personal guarantee from [redacted] himself No one called so I called yesterday and they said no your house has just been started??? We had received a call on Sept 20th again guaranteeing our house on Oct to the 15th Our trades people were all lined up and guess what its Oct 12/and no house, no where to live and no phone call from BonnevilleI would cancel my house if they didnt already have my money

We were told a guarantee of 90 days from signing off which we did at end of June. We then did not receive final plans until 6 weeks later. Heaven forbid you get caught in the construction holiday. No one to call and no one to answer questions. We addressed the issue and our concerns about our house being delayed... we were guaranteed delivery by Oct 12-15th and personal guarantee from [redacted] himself. No one called so I called yesterday and they said no your house has just been started??? We had received a call on Sept 20th again guaranteeing our house on Oct 12 to the 15th .
