The console in question has mechanical issue wrong with the motherboard, and we have made several attempts to repair the console with no successWe will honor the refund of $40, and ship the console back

It's holiday season. We are honoring the warranty on Mr. [redacted] console. We just aren't moving at HIS pace. We have LOTS of customers units being repaired. His is in line. It states in the repair agreement that repairs can take up to 30 days for repairs. The fact that we just aren't getting it done...

fast enough is not a valid complaint. We are honoring the warranty, and no one promised any deadline. We've explained this to him on the phone, and he isn't accepting the answer. Please be patient. Again it's holiday season. We are very busy with lots of customers consoles, he is not the only person waiting on a repair that would like it done. As we told Mr. [redacted] via phone and in person. We will call him when the console has been repaired. It is a piece of electronics that is BROKEN. Repairs take time in the holiday season. Be Patient.
