The Computer Doctor

We've had Steve out here twice to fix our desktop and laptop computers. He always shows up on time, he is dressed nicely, and he is pleasant and knowledgeable.
On both occasions, he took the time to explain to my husband and I what the problem was on our computer, and how we can avoid it happening again in the future. We've had other companies work on our computers in the past, and nobody ever took the time to explain things to us, and Steve does it in a simple way that even us non-technical types can understand.
He charges a flat fee, meaning that we know up-front how much it's going to cost, and he actually sticks to that price! He has never charged us more than his regular fee, even though the first time he was here he ended up doing much more work than we originally told him we needed. He's just a good guy - a rare thing these days.
I don't normally leave online reviews, but Steve has proven to be a very trustworthy, intelligent, friendly guy, and I want to let other people know. He deserves all the success he has achieved.
