Charges about bed bugs treatmentDear Madam/Sir,The apartment charged us for the bed bugs treatment although they don't prove the sources.They kept telling us that we brought the bed bugs from the traveling. As you know there are thousands of routes for the bed bugs transfer.We have seen that my neighbor units (next door and below) moved in and out for 3-4 times in last 3 years. I also understand that everybody travels. I also know that some of people don't realize the bed bugs existing in their units. Some people has no reaction for bed bugs bits.I think that there is impossible to prove the bed bugs routes.I like to know what the regulation is about this incidence in [redacted]They keep saying that they have good lawyers to deal with this situation. We are tenant and minor here. We don't have a lawyer to defend us as they have.It happened to us first time so, we don't know who pays for this incidence.
