Review: We are renting a apartment, we have been at this complex since 2014 and we were in a 1 bedroom. In October of 2015 we transferred into a 2 bedroom 2 bath our rent is 1230 a month plus 56 for water. At first we had a issue with earwigs coming through the based boards then we told them about it they had pest control spray but it didn't fix the issue. January of this year we noticed water and black mold on our floors we let them know and they didn't do anything but clean the mold. The watch and mold came back. I have pictures of everything, so we are living with mold and earwigs. I have a 1 year old and a 2 year old they are both sick and my one year has bronchitis which can be caused from black mold. We paid 1272 for the month of January and we are living in uninhabitable environment. Since they don't want to resolve the issue we have to move someone else in 2 weeks. They refuse to pay for moving expenses and give us our deposit we also want out rent back for the month of January since we have to sleep in the living room with our kids and it still doesn't protect us from the mold. They refused to fix the issue, transfer is in a new unit, and put us in a hotel. This whole place needs to have a inspection done.Desired Settlement: We want our deposit back and our rent for the month of January
