I got an arrogant answer "Why do you ask?"
When I answered that I didn't like the attitude, I got the answer:
Since the answer was given, I was just curious why you were wasting your time asking. How is that unpleasant and arrogant? Thank you for taking your pissy attitude elsewhere. Your bad attitude not shopping with me doesn’t hurt me, that’s like the garbage walking itself out to the curb on its own. Hurray!
Thank you,
Mark Stafford

I had a question for customer service after I received my order and the response was extremely rude and insulting. Here is the text of my email exchange:
Me: "Hello, I ordered eight presser feet from you on 4/23/20. Four of those fit fine but three of the feet are too narrow to fit on my machine. I did not check all of the feet when I received them but yesterday was going to try my new adjustable bias tape finder foot and found it doesn't fit. It is probably just a bit past the 30 day return policy, but I would really like to exchange then for ones that fit. Will you please help?"
CWOS: "The issue is you aren’t using the generic snap on shank you were told about in the item details: (added a link to additional item I needed to make the presser feet fit my machine)"
ME: "Wow, that may be true, but that was one of the rudest replies from customer service that I have ever received. You will be getting a bad review from me and no more of my business."
CWOS: "Rude? What was rude about it? I explained what the problem was and showed you what you needed. How is that rude?"
ME: ""...you were told about in the item details..." It would have been better to say that "there is a link describing the issue in the item details". Instead your statement is somewhat accusatory. I am replying to this to help you with your email etiquette, you can choose to rethink what you type or not."
CWOS: " You were told in the item details about this the problem is you didn’t read it. I should have been more direct and said “YOU MISSED THE ADAPTER BECAUSE YOU DIDN’T BOTHER TO READ”. Put on your big girl panties ***, nothing said here was bad enough to get them all in such a bunch." (My name is ***, not "***")
