Addressing the complaint at hand, I have compiled the following as a rebuttal to the alleged allegation. Let me first mention however that [redacted] was a sub-contractor of mine [redacted] - a new home build) who...

was unable to finish a job last year due to his disappearance in May 2014. It was only until later did I find out where he was, as can be seen form the [redacted] I feel that my choosing not to do business with him anymore has lead to some degree of resentment.
That said, per the attached photo of the Certified Mail envelop, multiple attempts were made to refund [redacted] his money. When the certified envelope was returned and no further attempt was made to collect the money it was held until requested and then again sent certified mail and finally cashed 8.10.2015. Based upon his previous inability to communicate for long periods of time while in jail, I didn't pursue him but rather waited until he again requested the money.
As for the lack of communication with [redacted], yes, I have chosen not to communicate with him. As can be seen from his extensive record of [redacted] his lack of accountability and overall disregard for the law, I find it in my businesses, and my families, best interest not associate with him.
