I'm an Lpn, army vet, who in was pressured to join the college network by an unscrupulous sales man, I took exams for my Lpn to Rn program with Excelsior college, I paid in full, around $9,for the program, normally when you take a test, that test is covered under the program, you tell the college network which test you're taking and they send the check for the test normally the next business day, but now, it's taking months to get those checks, the college network don't even have a finance department anymore, all they have when you call the or you get a prompt for an email [email protected], I have sent tons of emails requesting my exam fee for microbiology, and no answer! I want my exam fee, as promised when I signed the contract back in 2008, I have taken exams, I still have about more to go, they promised me on the phone numerous times before, that I'm paid in full and that I qualify for the exam fee reimbursement checks

I was told that all of my previous college courses would transfer and I would only have to take classes before I was accepted to *** *** One month in to the contract they added classes to my list stating that my college courses were not worth enough creditsI was also told that I would take proctored tests and be paid back the dollars that the test costI took the first test and failed because nothing was the same as the material they provided me with I also was not reimbursedI called twice and complained and got nowhere

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This does not only disregard the main complaint I have against the company, it exacerbates itI attempted to cancel my contract with TCN over years ago and was told that I would continue to have to pay my loan to them in full because I had access to all of the information since day So if I was to cancel the services with TCN now, after I paid my loan off in full, not only would I have to wait an ADDITIONAL 10-weeks for the requested exam fees I asked for over weeks ago, but I would lose all of the resources I've already paid forHypothetically, if I was to accept the offer, at very best I am looking to receive all monies owed 26-weeks (out of weeks in a calendar year) after initial request, which by any business standard is unacceptable.This does not address the fact that TCN has already failed to deliver on their promise to process and send the monies owed within the 2, then 6-8, then 10-week time frame I have been repeatedly toldTo have a resolution to cancel my services that are already paid in full and hope in good faith that TCN would follow on their word now is rather insulting and provides absolutely no benefit or resolution to me whatsoever

I requested my check to take my Microbiology exam in November of I did not receive it and so I called the company several times who instructed me to write a letter to The College NetworkI did this in August of I continued to call and was told that it was "In Progress"I received a response letter on Sept22, from the College Network that stated, "For any pending exam fees, we'll get with accounting so they can be mailed out ASAPWe appreciate your patience." I waited and received nothingI continued to callI was then instructed to email the accounting department and did so on February 17, I received no response from themI resent my email with again no responseAt this time I have completely paid off my loan so it is simply The College Network who owes me for my exam feesI have called several times but am told that there is no contact other then the email addressThey will not allow me to request any further checks for other classes until I test for

I was mislead, misimformed and my signature was forged on documents used in obtaining a loan in my name through southeast financial bank for fees of credits of college classes heresaid that were to be produced by the college network who in fact is not a schoolI was bullied, pressured and again numberous times harassed by both of these companies when I tried to cancel the so called contract I supposedly signed which in fact is not my signature and I did not sign
