Tell us why here...We have resolved this successfully and refunded her money. However, the complainant wanted to cancel her membership because she lost her job but she had two months left on her contract. It is not our policy to cancel someone because they do not have the money to
pay. In any event I refunded her one month of her dues...I feel as though that was fair. Thanks for all you do!*** *** ***
