The Clocktower Inn Hotel

Review: my wife and I payed for the wedding to be done there.we payed $500.00 down in oct.2014. then in may 28 2015 I sent a check#1042 [redacted].20 for the ballance.in june on the 18th 2015 the wedding was called off.I phoned the manager at the clocktower inn, and he said he would send me my mony back,that was on june 22 2015.I waited and no ck,then I called again,and he said the ck was returned,and I would rec another ck in a week,so I said thats fine,well two weeks later I called again,told him that I have not rec. the ck.he said he would call his account manager and get me the ck.I have tired to call him. he is not in the office.then he wound not call me back.then I talked to him again finley on july 28 2015 ,he said I would be getting the ck in another week.I tild him I was going to texas for a month to see my grand kids,he said the ck would be here when I got back,there was no ck,I called him and he said he signed the ck himself, I would have it in a week,well the wedding was to be on the 13 of july,all I want is my money back so I can help with the new wedding plans. this has been going on for two mounths,what can I do,this is not any way to do bissness,thank youDesired Settlement: all I want is MY money back,I payed in good faith,im a pastor,I will pray for him
