Review: I bought a groupon for a cleanse and showed up for my appointment.. did the cleanse and afterwards thought it would be nice to buy a package for 3 more. about 2-3 weeks after that appointment I received an offer from my company to travel and train people all over.. so I was not going to be around San Diego as much. So I contacted [redacted] and told her the situation.. she said she would refund me and asked for my credit card number.. I gave it to her and never received the refund.. now we have been going back and forth for months.. her assistant was going to call me then she has a new financial guy that does everything for her and just recently I received a call from UT San Diego *they sell groupon type deals.... anyway.. they claim to have gotten a phone call from [redacted] the owner stating that THEY owed me the money since they sold me the package... um.. no they didn't I bought it directly from [redacted] at the Cleansing Clinic. I have the receipt. this has been going on since February. I just want my money back since she has my cc number and can easily just refund me. LIKE SHE SAID SHE WOULD!!!Desired Settlement: REFUND IS ALL I WANT.... I WILL NOT GIFT THESE CLEANSES OR USE THEM... I JUST WANT MY REFUND AS SHE SAID SHE WOULD GIVE ONE TO ME...

Thank you for your email informing me of this complaint. I actually responded by phone and spoke to someone at your office as soon as I was made aware and explained my situation fully.

As I informed my former client, [redacted], I cannot give cash refunds for discounted services. I am a very small business and cannot afford to give refunds when clients change their minds. I have this Policy very clearly disclosed in 3 places: My website, the forms that are filled out and a notice in my office waiting room.
