Review: I placed an online order on 12/**/13. This co. debited my Chase account on 12/**/13. They gave me a confirmation no of: yhst-[redacted]. ship method was: 3-5 day EXPEDITED shipping. I NEVER got the order...emails for tracking no. were never acknowledged. Phone line has mail box that is full. This company is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I want a refund; I can not trust that the item, if I were to receive it, would be brand new. This company is a fraud.I want the owner charged with fraud and deception.

Review: I placed an order with The Classic Theater for their complete "Charlie Chan Collection"and "East Side Kids, Bowery Boys, Dead End Kids DVD collection. I received both collections on 10/**/14. The box was damaged and the DVDs in the were unwatchable. The video transfers appeared to have been dubbed from a VHS tape. I contacted their customer service department via email on 10/**/14 for instructions on returning both DVD collections for a refund. There was no response. I contacted them again via email on 10/**/14 requesting information on their return policy and there was no response. I finally contacted the business owner on 10/**/14, [redacted] informing him of the problem. [redacted] had one of his customer service people call me and they instructed me to return the DVD collections to their [redacted] address. The package was delivered by [redacted] to their place of business on 11/**/14. I have yet to see a refund of $58.96. The resolution I want is a refund for what was paid for both DVD collections. I have attached copies all email correspondence with the Classic Theater.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund of $58.96 that I paid for both DVD collections.

Review: Item Purchased has not been delivered. I have emailed company , and telephoned. Telephone was not answered and email not answered. credit card was charged 2 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: would like to receive product which was advertised as "in stock" or money refunded.
