I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  This issue was resolved less than two weeks after I filed the complaint.    The attachment to this email from the Revdex.com from The Christmas Sleigh was correct.

To Whom It May Concern:
In regards to complaint ID [redacted], the has been resolved. The items from the order have been shipped out and we have accomplished the customer's requested settlement. Additionally, we have contacted the customer via phone to confirm shipment of the goods purchased...

and have sent them the tracking information via email for their package. No further action was required from the customer and the order processing has been completed.
