Review: I sent a post dated check that I was told would not be cashed if I returned the product. I called them to return it, they told me they would not cash my check if I returned it. They told me the address to return it to. I returned it the next day. Two weeks later, they went ahead and cashed my check anyway. I called and left a message about it, they never returned my call, or refunded my money. $59.95.Desired Settlement: They said they it was also backed by a 30 day guarantee. I would like to get my money back.
Review: Chris operates business called CWCO and he promises to show a way to earn income. He charges $59.95, he takes money and sends nothing. I drove to his business and it is a UPS mailbox store in Dumfries, Va. Call the phone and all I get is voice mail. He is stealing peoples money and getting away with it. I asked the UPS store clerk when does Mr. Chris White comne to get his mail and he said that Mr. White probably comes at night when nobody is around. Mr. Chris is operating a Scam business and he needs to be stopped immediately. My concern is how is he allowed to get away with stealing from everybody. The UPS store clerk said that he constantly receives many complaints from people about this business. That means that I am not the only person who went looking for Mr. Chris White. He is going to get hurt.Desired Settlement: I want his stealing to be stopped and I only want my $59.95 returned to me ASAP/ immediately!!!
Review: on 15 Sep 2013 I responded to a mail piece that offered a "try before you buy" 30 day guarantee. I was advised that I could purchase this report with a 30 day post dated check, and if not satisfied I could return and receive my Uncashed check back. Approx 2 Oct 2013 I received this report in the mail. After I opened and began to read ,I quickly realized that it pertained to MLM and/or direct marketing. I decided that I would not be interested in this form of Marketing. I put the report back in it's original package and went to the post office to return to sender. I also included a note requesting that my original check be returned uncashed. I also chastised them for 17 day fulfillment. Subsequently, on 17 Oct 2013 I checked with my bank, and found out that my check was deposited and paid by my bank. I mailed this back first class and was advised that it would likely be delivered by 6 Oct 2013. This still left 9 days on my uncashed check. This guarantee is prominently displayed on all their mailings.Desired Settlement: I fully expect this company to honor it's guarantee. It had at least a week before it's guarantee expired. I believe that they will deny to you that they received this return. However, since this pertained to a form of marketing that I believe is a pyramid scheme, what would be my incentive to retain this report? I had a clear incentive to return it, due to their guarantee. So, I can only believe that this is a form of "FRAUD." Mail fraud at that. I have retained all copies of my correspondence with them, and I can forward to you if requested. I want $59.95 refunded as well as $1.92 first class postage. for a total of $61.87 My contact was named [redacted]
