Instead of her doing her job in correcting their mistake she sends the original bill to collections, and not to mention her notice didn't have a deadline to send paymentVERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Thank you for the notification.I, *** *** the Property Manager for The ChimneysI had spoke with Ms*** concerning her move out date and the time of her keys being turned in to *** as well as her chargesI did say that I would re-look at the charges and see what I can do to help,
however everything was legit and there was nothing I could reduceMs' *** originally singed a legal binding renewal agreement and months after that had decided to relocate with her job to ***, I released her from the lease to help her with her move so that she did not have to pay through a day notice and a month lease break fee. Her move out charges consisted of us having to replace the vinyl in the dinning room area due to a huge burn spot on the floor from a pot of oil on fire, we could not just patch it due to the vinyl pattern not matching so we had to replace the kitchen and laundry room as well, This typically cost $800-$dollars she was charged $for the damagesThe 1st bedroom on the right side of the hall was splattered with bleach, we to had to replace this room with new carpet, typical cost would be about $300-$we charged her $If there is anything else please let us knowThank you again*** ***
