The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated

We had dinner at the Chesterfield Cheesecake Factory last night; for my BirthdayIt was amazing, as alwaysWe had an outstanding waitress- I believe her name was KristinWe watched as she was treated very rudely by another set of guestsAll the while she kept a smile on her face, and a very positive attitudeAs these guests continued to complain and their children ran into her (while she was carrying a full tray of food)- she just kept goingWhen they were leaving we overheard them complaining about Kristen among themselvesWe even heard one of them say they were leaving her a $tip (the others offered no tip at all)We are not sure what type of tip Kristin really accepted from those guests.We watched in awe while she cleaned up their mess and kept movingWe talked to Kristin for a bit- found out that she used to be a teacher, and that she loves working in customer service
