Staff at reception desk ( one male, one female and one medical assistant) was rude. They made mean, unnecessary comments about one of the visitors to this practice. They thought they were whispering but because it was a quiet reception area I could hear them clearly. In the future be more professional and respectful of visitors to the practice of your employer. People may not remember what you said, but they will always remember how you made them feel. Shame on them for their behavior and ignorance.

I saw a Dr. in this practice by the name of Dr. J. I had surgery done and attended physical therapy. At my last appointment which was in June/July 2019 I left an AFLAC form to completed by the staff. I had to pay for the form to be completed which was $20 cash. I instructed them to mail the form to the address I provided which was my home address. Last month I went by the office in *** inquiring about the form. They acted like they did not know what I was talking about. They searched my records and found the form whoever they printed it out an gave me exactly what I left them in June/July, absolutely blank. I had several other issues with the staff with other things and other people had expressed to me the problems they were having with the staff of this practice. The doctors are excellent but the clerical staff are terrible.
