I have tried to contact the consumer by phoneWe always send out organizers in order to verify information on their tax returnWe have made extra measures to our policy where they can verbally do thisThe billing part of the computer system is completely not connected with our tax systemWe do not contact the consumer as far as address changesShe did tell us an address change as part of our billing system, but not for our tax systemThe address we use for the organizers is the address the IRS has for youWe do not verify addresses before we send out organizersObviously I thought we had more of a casual business relationship with Miss [redacted]
