There customer service bites. You make arrangements to pay off a bill and they continue to harass you all day long.

I have received calls on both my cell phone and work phone looking for someone I do not know, both automated and from actual individuals. When I asked an individual for the name of their company and how they got my telephone number, I received a very rude response and was told they'd take my number off their list. I do not appreciate the harassing phone calls meant for someone else!

CBE Group keeps harassing me with 2-3 calls a day; including weekends and Holidays. I do not owe any money to anyone; so why does CBE keep calling me?
