This is the second time we've used The Carpet & Tile Center. This time Anthony assisted me. He was fantastic! Even sent me pics of the tile we selected with an assortment of grout colors so that we could just the look we wanted without having to take a trip back to their location.
Mike B[redacted] and Dennis were our installers. They were very professional, organized, neat, clean, and did amazing work. Great attention to detail. I will request for the next project!

After looking in the big home improvement stores and receiving either poor or no service, I decided to research some small, privately owned businesses. I visited at least five or six in my area and found The Carpet & Tile Center to have the best selection and service. I worked with Travis the first time, providing him my budget. He matched that to the best product for the space. He took his time with us, giving us selections that fit our parameters, making the process much easier. Also, while bigger stores told us it would take weeks to receive product, TCTI was able to have our selection installed in about a week. The carpet and padding are great and the installers did a wonderful job. We're now onto our next project and will be using The Carpet & Tile Center, Inc. again!
