[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I looked at the car when it was on the lotI took it for a test drive and I was pleasedI stated that on that Monday that I required until Saturday the 27th of February in order to get the title, but William said that he could get it for meWhen Saturday morning arrived, William went through the paperwork so fast and didn't explain anything to me other than ask me to sign and initial paperworkFurthermore, I never received a copy of my entire contract and weeks later when I asked for a copy, they gave me the sale receipt for the sale of the carNothing on the financial end of my payments, how many payments, my interest rate or anything else pertaining to the carI have a witness to say that they never revealed that the car was hit beforeI'd stand before a jury of my peers and testify to these claims I'm making Regards, [redacted]

by stating the bank doesn't charge the cutomer anythingWe didn't sell the car based off stating condition, we sold it for our asking price that was agreed upon by both the seller and the buyer via signed documentsWe made numerous repairs to the vehicle after the sale upon customers request and the documents are attached*** is also accusing The Car Lot Online of trying to provide fake inspection stickers whicn is completely falseWe do not currently inspect vehicle on the property, our inspections are done by *** *** and they do not inspect vehicles until they are 100% inspection readyIn *** closing statement about the way we are selling vehicles, we appreciate her thoughts but they are not necessary for us to cunduct bueiness and are not a matter for the Revdex.com to addressThe way *** describes the bank charging an extra dollar amount for stating the condition of the vehicle is falseThats not how the banks workAs a dealer ship we feel she is attacking us, and making accusations since we did fix her vehicle.The Car Lot Online* *

Dear [redacted] of the Revdex.com[redacted] purchased his 2013 [redacted] from us here at The Car Lot OnlineOn Feb,23 2016. At which time the customer requested to see the [redacted] recordOf this vehicle. Bill C[redacted], our Finance provided that record to this customer and...

customer is aware that the report does show an accident. Unfortunately the record does NOT indicate the extent of the accident. This vehicle was checked over by our service dept and it did pass all state inspections. Apparently the amount of damage could only be detected by taking apart the frontend of vehicleto see this damage which we do not do upon inspection and servicing our vehicles. This can only be detected by a body shop. There is no frame or structure damage reported on this vehicle. We give all customers a 3 month unlimited mile warranty on our vehicles at time of sale. We also have extended service contracts available if they choose to purchase. We do everything we can to insure our customers are protected and get a reliable and safe vehicle. As [redacted] stated in his complaint, He NEVER brought this to our attention before contacting you. Also, he did NOT pay $30,000 for this car.His purchase price was $19765 and he is financing $19100 after tax and tags. We gave [redacted]More money for his trade than it was worth to assist him in obtaining a loan for this vehicle. We have done all we can do on this matter.William CGeneral Manager/Business Manager
