We offered a more complete kit from an outside vendor that would take a few days to get and would be an additional $100.00Customer decided to go with the kit that was $100 more (same labor as...

before) so $450.00 now, add on the $69.95 pressure test and we are at $519.99 before taxes and supplies. They both admitted they approved the extra for the kit while standing at our front counter when they picked up the car..We told Mr [redacted] these numbers were and approximate as we wouldn't know the final price of the kit until the invoice arrived. So as you can see from the number below we were really close on our approx, $528.45 vs the $519.99.The customer approved all the work from the beginning as and as we progressed. Sounds like they are not taking the $69.95 and taxes into consideration, those add up to $133.89We did not charge them for the shipping of said parts either as it took longer than we had hoped to get the parts so we ate that cost.Furthermore there was ZERO guilt with our offer to discount the needed water pump repair.
