We have a policy of not discussing specific financial data about customer's account without their permission.  We are assuming we have permission from the customer to discuss with Revdex.com since they filed a complaint. We are sorry that this customer came home and had her utilities...

disconnected.  I am sure she was frustrated.However, this is a new customer and she has only made two payments to our office, both of which were NSF.  At the time of her disconnection, her payment was NSF and had not been paid.We have attached her original check and the "proof" she sent of her replacement payment.  There is no date on the replacement payment and our office had not received the funds.We were notified at 12:05 PM today (2/3/17) that her replacement amount has been received by our bank (electronically).  We will be contacting her and reconnecting her service this afternoon. Thank you

The Camera Shop in Muskegon, MI is just what a camera shop should be! The sales staff is knowledgeable, energetic, and welcoming. It's been my experience that they've gone out of their way to answer all questions and help the customer, whether the questions are technical or elementary. If there's something they don't know, they research it and follow it up. This camera shop is the real thing, and I'm so pleased to be a customer there!
