the Contact Us page of our website then instructs clients to email their [redacted] Code to us. It was evident that the customer instead navigated away from the Contact Us page to the payment page of our website and paid, a second time, for the course. When the customer contacted us and pointed out the error it was explained that we do have a strict no refund policy, however, we will accommodate as best we can. We offered the customer free study materials ($140 value) and offered to rebate the portion of the [redacted] payment that we actually receive from [redacted]. The customer accepted the materials but refused the rebate. The customer registered and completed the course then demanded a full refund based on the double payment error.In spite of our best efforts, and to our dismay, we have been unable to reach a resolution to satisfy the customer as a refund is not warranted despite our no refund policy but also because the customer had completed the course.   Thank you,[redacted]
