any way without Board Direction. However, the Board has requested additional patrols for the area from local law enforcement, they have directed the lawncare provider to lookout for drug paraphernalia and clean up same if seen, and they have 3rd party vendor who comes by the dumpsters on a regular basis (weekly or as called) to clean up the trash overflow. The dog feces has been an ongoing problem coming from pet owners who refuse to utilize the designated pet areas and/ or clean up after pets. The Board is also aware of this issue and is looking at all alternatives to try to curtail this issue, but no reasonable or cost effective approach has been found. If someone is seen violating the pet rules they can report this issue to their landlord, the Board or the manager. If the violation can be substantiated (very difficult to do without video evidence) the Board handles the violation pursuant to the Covenants and Virginia Code.Because Cambridge is only the Administrative Manager, we can offer no other resolution at this time but are working hard with the Board to try to curtail these activities.
