Re: the cook-top cabinet- was as per contract Re: Vent- was not contracted to do Re: gas-issue- our sub-contractor did not bury any exterior pipe- it was preexisting Re: hot/cold line- spoke to the plumber and he used peck line, which is rated for hot or cold
