This is in response to ID ***. I contacted the customer today, Tuesday, May 30th, to inform her that I have had uncut fabric shipped to her directly from two suppliers for the uncompleted items she orderedI will also be mailing the customer a $money order this afternoon for a partial
refund as they have requestedI have also apologized to the customer that due to scheduling and my business being grossly overbooked, a fitting could never be completed, communication was not as frequent, and their project took significantly longer than expectedNew policies and scheduling have since been implemented to prevent any further issues of this nature, and we hope to provide better services and a higher standard of excellence in the future thanks to these changes. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
