Response:

This Product was shipped to customer who didn't pay to have it shipped to his address. We did this as a courtesy to the customer. The product did come into the store much later then the normal time frame. We attempted to ship it once and for what ever reason it was returned to us. I am planning on reshipping the item Monday. In no way have we ever avoided his calls or gave him any misinformation. I have checked the voicemail for my store and not once has he left a message.
