I was asked to be a buddy bandana embassador, and was in contact with Megan.
Once I placed my order, I was excited to be a part of a cute trend and helping out animals in need. I received my package today however was missing items from it. I purchased 2 package which comes with a scarf, scrunchy,and a headband. The headbands were not in the packaging I received, having reached out to my contact Meagan I have yet to hear from her or anyone. Its sad because this was a great concept so I thought, now I know I was wrong. I would like my money back.

I just checked your order and you actually only ordered the double set (bandana/scrunchie). You did not order the triple set that would have included the headband. But you can always order the headband separately if you wish! I will send you a screen shot of your order in a separate email.

The company did not respond to multiple attempts asking for tracking information once they said my order had been shipped.

I NEED HELP! I have been trying to reach out to the company because I have to redirect my order as I have shipped it to the wrong address but they just keep telling me it shipped but wont give me the tracking # !!! I need to get this redirected before it goes missing :(

I just received my bandana today. I'm not terribly disappointed about the product it self but more disappointed in the professionalism of the people who respond to the messages. I was promised an additional gift once I ordered I just needed to provide my order number. I did so immediately after ordering. My message was never read. I messaged tonight regarding that and was met with a very rude response and refused to answer me unless I provided my email address. If you can speak to me on messenger about ordering and stuff how come you can't answer about anything else. When I asked what she needed my email address for she said "I get things to be done. Reach me when you have an email and we will proceed your request." When she asked for my order number I told her it was above the conversation in a screen shot and she asked me if I was sure it was even valid. Well yeah, I just got my order today. From what I have read it appears that the "free gift" that they promise is a sticker. That you already can click on at the end of your order to request it. For free. Im sorry but that is not a free gift that is promised to you in a message when you can already add it to your order for free. Its very misleading and I will not be ordering from them again.

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not give your money to these sickos they are DISGUSTING scammers who will take your money, not give it to shelters and they wont give you what you ordered. I will be putting them on blast until they are taken down. To lure people in with the cause they are using and then scam them out of money should be a crime. Shelter pups hit close to home because I have a rescue pittie who would of most definitely been put down. I live in a town that has tons of kill shelters and lots of people who are unkind to pitbulls.

They just tried to up sell me on the dog model thing too. I quickly realized it was a bot, checked up on the company on here. Saw all these reviews, and screenshot’ed them. Then posted the pictures on their *** group. I was immediately deleted. Then the bot started glitching and looping. Ironically the line it kept repeating was in response to me calling it out as a bot. So I kept saying
“Nope, this is Megan here :)
Sorry I am typing fast!“
Again and again.

I saw an ad on social media about them needing brand ambassadors and I have a cute dog so I thought why not? after exchanging messages on the social media page they gave me a code for 40%off and that they would throw in an extra gift. I purchased the items on May 16 2020 and two days later I received the email that my package was on the way. after clicking on the track my shipment it would not give me a tracking number. I then waited a few days for the package to arrive since it was with USPS and said 3-6 days for delivery. On may 23rd (a week later) I sent an email about the tracking number not working. I received an e-mail that tracking number are only included on orders of $75 and more. after another week of not receiving my order I have sent another email confronting about how it’s been more than 6days for my order to arrive and I still haven’t received it and I would like a refund. it has been two business days since I sent that email and they have not responded.

Great concept, but horrible experience. Ordered on April 20th and received shipping notification on April 27th. I reached out on May 10th when I hadn't received and was told to wait until 3 weeks had passed from the ship date because of *** delays. When I still didn't receive, I reached out again on May 19th. I was sent a code on May 22nd which would only work if the exact items were purchased - and, unfortunately for me, one or my items was no longer in shock. So the code doesn't work. I have reached out twice more since then to make them aware that the code doesn't work and request a refund, but have not received a response. Horribly dissatisfied

I’m leaving 5 stars even though I haven’t received my order yet, but I placed my order a few minutes ago & immediately received an email with both *** & Bandana Buddy confirming it. I’ve read the negative reviews but so far everything seems legit. I’m excited to receive my order. I’ll come back to post an update after I receive it! So far the experience has been a normal transaction.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered almost a month ago and have not received my package. First, I received an email stating " The post office has advised us that at times it may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Please note that customers must notify us within 30 days of lost shipment in order for us to address this issue." 30 Days!!! This is a scam. I have not had any other company explain an order might take three weeks. If this is the case, it should have a warning at check out.

I was asked to have my dog be a dog model so they offered me a discount coupon I bought from them a few months ago received an email that my order has been confirmed but I have not received anything and it has been months. Also after purchasing from them my card had fraudulent activity on it. Would not recommend and very upset about it.

Not sure what happened to the other people writing reviews here claiming this company is a scam when they are clearly not. I ordered my package from them probably 2-3 months ago and received it within a week of ordering. I love the idea behind their product. I think people are being thrown off by their social media accounts, obviously, with a large and growing company you will be messaging a bot, but they clearly provided other forms of contact if you are concerned when buying this product. And lastly, being an ambassador for their product does not mean you will be featured on their account. It means you will be promoting their product on your own terms in exchange for a discount code, which they do provide. So all in all, love this product and love what they are doing with their business!

Like most, after following the bots responses I got 40% off. My entire order including overnight shipping came to just over $41. After 3 days passing with no notification of my items at least shipping (mind you I paid extra for overnight shipping), I emailed the company asking for a update and tracking number. I was told my order shipped and orders only orders over $75 are given a number. I emailed back with screenshot directly from their site saying orders over $41 (like mine) are given a tracking number. I'd also think if a person goes above to pay extra for a expedited delivery that a tracking number would be provided, seeing as though they have it anyways regardless of amount paid. It is now almost day 7 waiting on my "overnight" package. They can cut the delayed delivery mess as overnight shipping would've got priority. This company is either lying or severely disorganized. Buyer Beware!

Yes so true! I received the same exact message with the secret extra gift and all that! The same 40% and she said she put the code my instagram name. SCAM! Don’t fall for it. I did repair the page as well. It’s a shame they try and play on people’s heart about saving and feeding dogs in shelters.

I ordered a Bandana set and was told it was shipped in April 27th. It has now almost been 1 MONTH!!!!!! I have yet to receive my package and it had to go from Massachusetts to Delaware, which is not that far! I’m just getting a run around and instead of providing a solid answer, I was told that it just got lost in the mail. I was the offered the options to reorder but if I received my original order before I used the code to reorder they wanted me to contact them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! Not only is it frustrating to have to deal with a “delay” that the company is blaming on the postal service, but now they are making it seem like l might be lying about not getting my order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I discussed the program with a customer service representative on May 15th and soon after placed an order. I received an e-mail immediately with my order information.
Order says to allow 2 days for processing and 3-6 days for shipping. As I assume this means business days, I was not looking for my package until next week sometime. My package arrived early and I couldn't be happier!

I placed my order about a week ago and it came today! I was curious about the validity of their shelter donations, so I did an internet search and was taken here to a ton of negative reviews, and honestly it shocks me a little. My order came just as expected, and the 40% off code I received worked just fine. I got the bandanna and matching headband and I think they’re super cute. They’re probably not the world’s greatest fabric, but I just attest that to the fact that they donate the profits to shelters. I even got a free sticker! And just for anyone else who is wondering, I couldn’t find information ANYWHERE else on the internet that says their shelter donations are a scam, so I believe them!

Got the product and haven’t been scammed yet...“Megan” is a robot. I sent pictures of my dog in after I received the product (which is very cheaply made) and then was never contacted again. I reached out on another platform and somehow began the entire conversation over again. I started responding with my dogs name and she promptly asked “what’s your dogs name” after. I then continued to send messages and their responses did not make sense. I truly liked the fact that they sent money to help feed rescue dogs but now I do not even believe that! No matter what, do not waste your money.

A well “robot” automated would chat with you on *** or ***, giving you a discount so you can advertise them. I ordered and received an email saying it’s been shipped but there was no tracking number. I reached out to them a few times and still no reply. I would like a refund or I can call my bank and reverse charges, if I don’t receive my order. It just sounds like a scam. If I pay for something, reply back and send my order. I have not received it.

You may have missed the notice in those emails that asks you to reach out to our customer service department via email. ***. You will see on our policies section of our website, that tracking numbers are provided only for orders over $75.00. As adding tracking to shipments cost more money, we try to funnel that savings to the ***. This month we donated $2,200 to them! Rest assured your package will arrive. We have sent over 150,000 orders out and the vast majority of the arrive with no problems. If you feel it has been too long and you should have received your package, please reach out to me directly, via email, by putting "ATTN: ***" in the email subject line. The post office has advised us that some mail can take up to three weeks to arrive, so please give it some time. We will definitely make sure you get your package.
