Customer has submitted claim form for damage/missing items
Claim form is being processed by van line claims department
Customer also expressed poor customer service throughout her
relocation
Both the Vice-President and President of the agency have
personally reached out to customerThey have expressed sincere apologiesBoth
have verified with van line claims department that they are in receipt of
customer’s claim and have asked to expedite the claim within the contract
terms
Corrective measures are being put in place both at the agent
and van line level to correct the poor customer service received during this
relocation
