After reviewing the customer's response, I did some research.  I guess Victor was trying his best to take care of the situation by himself.  I was unaware of any sensor or engine light issues.  We will take care of this for you as soon as possible, but will need you to contact our office directly and ask for myself.  It is usually best to contact the company if it seems like that your needs are not being met.  I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Customer contacted our business twice.  The first time to enquire on her finance company and speedometer conversion.  The second time was to update the speedometer conversion progress.  At no time were we made aware of any engine check lights, oxygen sensors or passenger...

side lights.  We are willing to help her with any issues she has and may contact us directly at 509-575-7914.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I have many text messages that I have saved. I have reached out to Victor on three different occasions regardinh the check engine light. Each time I was told that he would talk to Mike and get back to me. Not one time did I recieve any information back regarding the issue. I was told that a MPH speedometer would be sent to me. I contacted the office on another occasion due to the speedometer because we never received one and wanted to know if it had been sent out yet.  We were directed to tacoma speedometer.  So now I have to take the car in and drop it off. Sincerely,[redacted]
