The business owner cancelled my appointment 4 hours ahead pf schedule. When I asked for a refund, she denied saying the contract did not require her to do so. I did not cancel, she did and should provide a refund for not rendering or honoring services. She should not be allowed to cancel appointments and not give deposit refunds. This should be illegal and most likely violates the KY consumer protection act. All I am seeking is a full deposit of my refund as she cancelled same day and did not perform the service.

I went to have microblading for my eyebrows on Nov 20,2019 by *** at The Brow Babe. I was told by her that she was running a special for $300.00. After I arrived I was told the price would be $450.00 because she considered my eyebrows to be reconstructed. However I did agree to the increase in price. This $450.00 service included the original microblading and a follow up session in 10 weeks. I was scheduled for the second treatment on Jan 21, 2020 at which that time she cancelled and rescheduled for Jan 29, 2020. Once again she cancelled me on the 29th and rescheduled me for Feb 5th 2020. The night before the 5th she cancelled me for the third time. I requested a refund and was told I was out of luck. I feel like she scammed me and took my money and is refusing to do the work.
