Hello, We are writing back concerning the complaint made on our store, Bridal Connection Our bride *** [redacted] came in to look at bridesmaids dresses for girlsShe had each girl come into our store, at different times, to get measurements and pay for half of their dress in order to order itEach girl was charged a rush fee (agreed upon by the bride) in order to get their dresses in time for the weddingWe tried to help offset the additional fees by giving each girl 15% off which equaled the rush fee costSome were also charged an upsize fee by the designer for sizes 18+We try our best to satisfy our customers however there are fees applied by the designers that are out of our control Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns regarding this complaint Thank you, Bridal Connection Staff

This company calls here asking for the business ownerI let them know he no longer works here and asked if I could possibly help [redacted] said there is a representative from BIT Equipment in our area that would like to stop by and talk to meI told her we are not interested and to please leave us aloneIt's a New Year with New ScamsPlease do not contact our company again

Hello, please read before you do any business with this dishonest and rip off companyHonest to god the experiance ive had with this company should land the owner in jail for stealingIm gonna try to compact this night mare that spanned over years and still system doesnt workFirst off my mistake not paying more attention to what I was signing but at that time I was understaffed and I never thought they would even try to get away with this but I signed a contract for a payment of a month for yearsIts disgusting, its a leasing company your financed with so you cant stop payments because of epuipment faiure , not showing up to repair or anything your stuck and they got there money and basically its screw u sfter that a email soliciting me to buy a new system from them is what finally prompted me to share this finachial nightmare I was told that I could monitor my cameras from my smartphone and I HAVE YET TO BE ABLE TO DO THATWHY I DONT KNOW BUT AFTER A FEW DIFFERENT TECHNICIANS STILL NO EVERYTHING I BOUGHHT FROM THEM EXCEPT FOR ONE CAMERA HAS been replacedMost at my expenseEvery time they came out to fix their problem if was amserCall because the techAre contracted Its way to much to write about and I really am exhausted with this company I cant believe that myself and a couple others are the only ones to have had the problems ive hadSO JUST TO LET YOU KNOW WHERE I AM AT NOWI finally got the leasing company paid offI have not had the system on in over a year because the monitor does not come on and they said I would have to replace it with a updated one I BOUGHT A FROM [redacted] TOOLS WITH CAMERAS WITH COLOR AND NIGHT VISION AND SET IT UP MYSELF AT MY HOME AND THE CAMERAS IN THAT SYSTEM ARE TIMES CLEARER THAN BIT CAMERAS I CAN MOITOR IT WITH MY PHONEIM SO MAD AT MYSELF FOR LETTING ME GET MYSELF INTO THIS SITUATION LISTEN [redacted] BUY A SYSTEM LOCALLY ANY ALRM COMPANY CAN INSTALL A SURVIELANCE SYSTEMTHAT WAY IF YOUHAVE TROUBLE YOU CAN DRIVE RIGHT OVER AND PAY THEM A VISIT THATS WHY BIT GETSMAWAY WITH SO MUCH IS BECAUSE THEY GO FAR AWAY TO SELL YOU SO YOU CANT JUST DRIVE ACROSS TOWN TO PAY THEM A VISIT THESE PEOPLE DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT SERVICE YOU AFTER THE SALEYOU ARE PUT ON THE BACK BURNER , THE EQUIPMENT IS CHEAP, I COULD HAVE BOUGHT EVERYTHING I BOUGHT FROM THEM AND SPENT LESS THAN GET THIS I STUPIDLY WAS SUCKERED FOR OVER 15,AND I GOT [redacted] IN EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE AS SOON AS THE CONTRACTOR LEFT FROM INSTALLTHE OWNERS SHOULD BE IN STAIL FOR FRAUD AND BUSINESS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, I AM NOW AGAIN VERY [redacted] OFF RECAPPING THE WHOLE NIGHT MARE LISTEN I LEFT ALOT OFMTHE THINGS OUT THAT I WAS TOLD LIKE I WAS STUPID OR SOMETHING BUT IVE SINCE LEARNED ALOTMMORE ABOUT THIS DO WHAT YOU WANT BUT IF YOU WANT MORE DETAIL CONTACT ME AT [redacted] and ill be glad to give you my number to help you from making one of the worst decisions of your life buying from these crooksJust look at how they answered the complaints that are already listed hereRead them and itll give you the vauge direct feeling and its hoew they respond to all

[redacted] came in to look at bridesmaids dresses for 6 girls. She had each girl come into our store, at different times, to get measurements and pay for half of their dress in order to order it. Each girl was charged a rush fee (agreed upon by the bride) in order to get their dresses in time for the wedding. We tried to help offset the additional fees by giving each girl 15% off which equaled the rush fee cost. Some were also charged an upsize fee by the designer for sizes 18+. We try our best to satisfy our customers however there are fees applied by the designers that are out of our control.
