My vehicle was parked in the Hunting Ridge parking lot in Greenbelt, Md. After Brightview was @ the property I went outside to find my car covered in mud. It took Brightview 8 days to respond. After speaking with Michael Drucis he leaves me no choice to contact my attorney.
First Drucis tried to brush it off like it’s no big deal. Then suggested that I did the damage myself.
WRONG!
I just had my car painted and on average it takes me 8-9 hours to beautify it. I took my car to spray off the mud & when I returned I took a microfiber cloth to wipe down the car to avoid water spots. That’s when I noticed the damage.
Drucis states because I don’t actually see the damage first hand. They are not responsible.
For one thing. I DO NOT SIT @ THE WINDOW WITH A BOX OF DONUTS & BINOCULARS AND WATCH MY PARKED CAR. WHO DOES THAT?!?!?
I have photographed evidence that this damage was done by equipment that went off the grass and is conducive with the damage.
