The Brickie

Review: Had cement drive way and patio installed 2 1/2 years ago. Before first year was up the cement in spots started popping. Pieces of concrete popping just on top of the stone in the concrete surface. I called [redacted] the owner of the brickie and he came over to look at it with someone from the cement company he uses. He shown me the paper work that he ordered low chert cement mix that he ordered. Neither he or the cement company would say who was at fault for the bad job. So [redacted] told me to try and power wash the drive and patio and then get a commercial grade sealer and apply that. That did not work. Kept popping in more spots. And now in the last year I have three big cracks in the patio. About 3 feet long each. Everyday I find more popping. Not just one section the entire drive and patio. There are hundreds of holes all around. I think cement should last longer than 2 1/2 years. Now I try to call [redacted] and all I get is answering machine. He does not return calls. I am very dissatisfied with the work. Lot of wasted money.Desired Settlement: customer satisfaction.
