The Brazos Apartments

Started out really nice for the first couple months. And then everything changed. Everything has fallen apart, broken and or just doesn't work anymore. Noticed a lot of humidity from our dryer and black mold growing, notified the complex and they said to clean it with bleach water. We did but it came back and they did NOTHING. Okay, moving on. Flood happens. They can't help us for three days, they say. So we make plans with insurance adjuster and handle it ourselves. Never ever contacted us concerning how we are or if they needed to come out. Moving on. I over paid on rent DAYS in advance (during a worldwide pandemic, if I may add) and am told to request a refund from my bank... So I do. Two days later? These people tell me that I OWE them $50 in 3 days or I will be thrown out and evicted. I could go on and on about their despicable responses to their 'valued residents' but I'll save that for the Revdex.com. Please, keep all these things in mind when looking for a place to settle down and/or finding a place to live. Wish we had known.
