In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] I have contacted [redacted] to check the status of the clients account. The client was informed and signed paperwork with us to Mortgage relief 2 contract and trade in the paid of deed for [redacted] points. She did not want to purchase another points...

program but wanted out of the timeshare that she had. At that time she was offered a mortgage relief on the 2 contracts as well as liquidate the paid of deed with the option of buying points within a year and this cost being applied to the purchase. She ageed and signed contracts. In the paperwork she signed it stated that the filing fees for the mortgage relief would need to be paid to [redacted] in order for them to proceed with the relief and a transfer fee would need to be paid to them in order for her to have the deed transferred from her name and that bill would come from [redacted]. Once [redacted] Mailed a deed request form letter on Sept 11,2017, a second notice on Oct 5, 2017 and a final notice on 11-7-2017. They then spoke with Ms. [redacted] on 11-7-2017 and she was going to call [redacted] to get the original deed. [redacted] received that on Dec 19, 2017 and prepped the new deed for her to sign and notorized. Ms. [redacted] went into [redacted] office on Dec 22, 2017 and  talked to [redacted] and let them know that she was getting the funds together to pay the transfer fees and would get it paid so that they could proceed with the transfer .On Jan 19, 2018 [redacted] mailed a second notice for her to send the signed deed back to them so they could proceed with transferring the deed from her name. As for the mortgage relief she was mailed a questionnaire form and has not returned it to her caseworker. At this time all that is needed is for her to sign and return the paperwork to [redacted] and the process can continue and she will be relieved from the debt and the deed s at [redacted] .When she attended the meeting with All Seasons we always stress on the importance of not setting on paperwork and to pay the transfer when they are billed so that the process is not held up. [redacted] informed me that if she has misplaced the paperwork they will be happy to resend to just let them know. The resolution that she is requesting to have the timeshares dissolved will happen once she completes the paperwork that was sent to her and sends it back to [redacted] so that they can proceed and if she has not paid the invoices that will also need to be taken care of. They look forward to hearing from her to settle this matter
