Do NOT hire this guy. I was *** by Scott on the phone for simply asking for an estimate. He said it was unethical to ask arborists to come look at my trees when I could just email them a picture. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. PS - He is the only arborist I spoke to that wanted to charge me ($100!!!) for an estimate.
The Branch Manager cut down trees on my property line at the request of my neighbor. He did not check the ownership of these trees with both parties prior to cutting these healthy 50 year old trees. His crew did not request permission to enter my property to perform this job. His crews also cracked my driveway in the process of falling these trees.
The Branch Manager has yet to offer reasonable compensation for damage to my property..
