Review: I had tickets for the Elmo Live event on 11/29 but couldn't make it when my newborn became sick all of a sudden. I called the very next morning to ask for an exchange, credit, or possibly a discount for today's show. Kim answered and was very matter of fact with me and wouldn't budge at all!!! I know she could have offered something! I never asked for a refund because I still wanted to take my toddler to the show! Her customer service skills are lacking.Desired Settlement: I should be able to at least get a credit applied to a future event. My baby was looking forward to this so much!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
this response is a bold faced lie! [redacted] never not one time offered an exchange! I cant believe a professional business would tell such a lie!!! as stated in my original complaint she didnt offer me any alternative. this is my first time hearing of this policy! I would have glady exchanged the tickets at the box office. thats all I wanted anyway! I would have came down there immediately had [redacted] made me an offer like that. thats what I asked for when I called. the tickets were still in my purse! I asked [redacted] was there anything they could do or offer me? she said no! why would I not take that offer? that doesnt make any sense when all I wanted was a chance for my son to see the show on any day or time!! im extremely disappointed that the business would lie!!
